“The staff were more than welcoming and accommodating. We had a safe, locked place for our bags and could roam the city before the 2 pm check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is the hotel is on a busy and loud street, so we heard it all until about 6 am on a weekday. The area is a bit seedy, but otherwise it's a great location right in Plaza del Sol.”
